Reply to your confirmation email. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your booked time; the full policy is in the terms of service.

Refunds

If the session does not give you a clear, actionable structure, you say so and the full fee is refunded. No forms. The full refund mechanics are in the terms of service.

Paid but no intake or confirmation email

Check spam first; the email comes from devonkorr.com. Still nothing within an hour of paying? Use the form below with the email address you paid with, and it gets fixed the same business day.
