What this service is, and is not

Devon Korr provides cross-border structuring education and decision support based on personal operating experience. It is not regulated tax, legal, accounting, financial, or immigration advice, and no part of a session or written plan should be treated as such. Where your situation requires a licensed professional, your plan says so and names the type. You engage all third-party providers directly, including licensed professionals where required; Devon Korr does not form companies, file paperwork, or handle your money.

The refund mechanics

If the session does not give you a clear, actionable structure, you say so and the full fee is refunded. No forms.

If your intake shows a situation that genuinely cannot be helped, the full fee is refunded before the session takes place, together with a pointer to the kind of professional you need instead.

Where a private offer carries a stated deadline, that deadline is enforced without exception. Expired offers are not reinstated.

Digital products

Downloadable digital products (such as the Estonia OÜ Setup Pack) are delivered immediately at checkout. By purchasing, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal. Because delivery is instant, all sales of digital products are final. Your statutory rights in respect of defective or materially misdescribed content are unaffected.

The refund mechanics above apply to the structure session only, not to digital products.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time by replying to your confirmation email. With less than 24 hours' notice, one reschedule is still accommodated where practicable. If you do not attend and do not reschedule, the session is forfeited after 30 days; the refund mechanics above do not apply to no-shows. Sessions cancelled by Devon Korr for any reason are refunded in full.

No outcome is assured

No tax, banking, visa, incorporation, payment-processing, licensing, or residency outcome is guaranteed. The session and plan map options, costs, sequence, and risks; outcomes depend on your facts, on third-party providers, and on the authorities involved.

Payment

Payment is by card via Stripe at checkout, or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice issued by Red Wolf LTD, UK. Prices are stated in USD; card payments may be displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Some third-party providers may pay Red Wolf LTD a referral or introducer fee. Any such relationship is disclosed in your written plan, does not change the session price, and you engage and pay all providers directly.

Confidentiality

Your booking details and intake answers are used only to prepare and deliver your session and plan. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law. See the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
